Professional Highlights
JP Higgs (owner)
JP has decades of helping companies across industries simplify workflows, build digital systems, and gain measurable efficiencies. Every solution is grounded in a hands-on understanding of how things get built, used, and improved in real-world conditions. With over a decade of experience building systems in dynamic, high-pressure environments, JP is the founder and driving force behind Make N Mod LLC. JP’s work spans systems integration, business automation, and process engineering—delivering real-world results through a unique combination of creativity, discipline, and technical skill.
JP’s background in systems optimization began with Exit Reality VR, where he reengineered commercial VR rigs for modularity and streamlined the configuration of hardware and software for deployment. He then led the development of a fully automated Project Intake System for Western Audio Video Inc., enhancing data structure, workflow, and integration with project management tools.
From there, JP applied his systems thinking to large-scale event operations, working with Salt & Soil on festivals such as Lightning in a Bottle and DirtyBird Campout. At these events, he transformed temporary kitchen and dish setups into efficient, reusable infrastructures. His work included the design and implementation of propane fuel delivery systems, modular dish stations, and water transfer systems for undeveloped sites—solutions that are still recreated and used annually with continued input and upgrades performed by JP.
